Ingredients
  

  • 1 Becel Stick (or half cup margarine)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips semi sweet
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and instant oats. Mix until well combined. Fold in walnuts, chocolate chips and raisins.
  3. Roll dough into 8 even sized balls and lightly press onto clean cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Place cookie sheet on cooking matt and let cool on sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to cookie rack. Let cookies cool completely before eating!
